The lessee of the business will be Par Mar, a Marietta, OH based company that
operates forty seven additional convenient stores within WV, KY, and OH. Good

automated fuel stations in the Elkins, WV area. These express fueling
stations are located at 1040 N. Randolph Ave. (Parsons Road) and at
